Secure Shopping Cart Questions.....
This high security can sometimes cause minor problems when trying to place an order.
If you try to place an order and nothing happens, the most common cause is that your computer privacy setting on your browser is too high. If you are using Internet Explorer, click the "Tools" menu then select "Internet Options." Select the "Privacy" tab and adjust the privacy setting to "Medium High" or lower. (Similar steps are followed for other browsers.)
This will not compromise the security of your computer. Set the privacy to "Medium High" or lower just before clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You can increase your privacy immediately after placing your order. Our 256-bit secure server will ensure your security while placing your order.
This is necessary for secure shopping carts because the Secure Shopping Cart must be able to retrieve information to know what products you are ordering. If your privacy setting is too high, the Secure Shopping Cart cannot communicate with your browser, and the transaction cannot be completed. No information will be left on your computer, and no information can be taken from your computer except for the order information. After the transaction you can increase your privacy setting, if desired.
